Depends on what size converter you have. The amp rating on most is the 12V output side. This means the input current will be a bit over half of that. For the fuse on the input side of the converter I would pick one that is rated at about 75% of the output current. And as usual, make sure that chosen size is less than the max safe current for your wire.
An ANL fuse is likely overkill. And you probably can't get a MEGA fuse with a low enough rating. I would go with a MAXI fuse or a simple inline ATO fuse depending on the size you need.
