Daly BMS Bluetooth Issue

I have a smart BMS 100a and CANNOT get the bluetooth to stop going into sleep mode. I have searched about it and setting time to 15300 or 65535 and neither seem to work. All the threads also seem to be 2 years old. Is there a solution to this as I do not want to press the button or force current to see the status of my batteries. Especially since they will be inaccessible buried in the boat. Daly hasn't responded to any of my 10 emails.

I have changed my Daly, one by one to JK BMS...lawn mower battery still has a Daly, and one of the RV batteries...for now...
I don't know if there are any other solutions, I just gave up on them.
For inaccessible locations, yeah, you want better BMS. Some of the more experienced guys say REC and Batrium, I know my JK always works, never needs to be reset, and the balance is always just a few millivolts across 16 cells. Does what I need, but only runninng the JK's about a year now.
Maybe others have more info.
