Daly smart BMS issue

Is this a common issue?
I bought it from Alibaba, ask the seller for the testing instruction

If I measure on the + on the anderson and the blue wire on the daly I get 26v (being the - on the pack)
On the - on the anderson zero.
So it is pointed to the interior of the daly

But have you measured from positive to the black wire on the Daly (not just the anderson connector)? Did you build the connector yourself, or is it spliced?

The Anderson is prebuild by the supplier
I measured from both blue (24v) and black (0v) the other lead I clamped on the + on the Anderson

Update.
I had the time to look at it again.
Stopped the discharge. Restarted it. No effect. Resetted it to default
Now I measured 26v on the Anderson.
