Dear Schneider,
The ecosystem of available 48V devices continues to grow along with the likelihood of more things being connected to the DC bus of a Schneider Insight system.
Please make a Xanbus configurable AUXILIARY SHUNT CONTROL INTERFACE for Insight so we can monitor and log DC power flow, temperature, and control non-Xanbus or Schneider devices.
I would like it to have:
- Configurable name, and selectable icon. (inverter/PV/storage/charger/diversion load/miscellaneous load/etc.)
- Appear in Insight Dashboard, present on the DC bus with real-time kW and power flow direction animation.
- A configurable Auxiliary Relay with selectable functions similar to that within the XW.
- Selectable current setpoints that can trigger an Insight notification and alarms.
- Logging that becomes a selectable metric in the Energy Comparison tab in Insight.
- The ability to add up to 5 of these to the Xanbus and Insight.
- A Battery Temperature Sensor port compatible with the existing BTS sensor part numbers.
- Configurability for different shunt ratings.
- A <$100 price for a part number that does not need to include the actual shunt, a terminator, or any cables.
