default torque?

For electrical devices that do not specify a torque setting, such as a Cooper-Bussman CB185, is there a standard torque that should be used for connections?

I prefer the German torque specification: Gudentite.

When I can't find an actual torque specification, I'll put a socket on a screwdriver handle that has 1/4" socket fitting. Then, I'll get the nut/bolt to hand tight (one hand). If you have big hands, go easy on it.

Looking for torque specs for the lugs on an MPPT solar controller, don’t want to over or under tighten. They are Phillip head machine screws. See photo, worst come to worse I’ll just guess (been doing that for years sometimes with mixed results.
