Defective CALB battery from recommended seller?

Hi guys,

Total beginner here, just bit the bullet and bought the recommended CALB batteries from aliexpress that Will mentioned in one of his videos. 100ah.

They just arrived, reading 3.42, 3.41, 3.42 and .... 3.37
I though these were supposed to be balanced and matched?!

What should I do with the one thats not around 3.42? Charge it using a DC voltage controller?

I would charge it and let it settle for 24 hours and see if it holds.

I would charge and if it holds then I would hook them together and balance them before doing anything else.

Once balanced I'd do a capacity test to see if the reading stays nominal (after discharged and recharged) if it doesn't I'd consider it used/defective relative to the others.

Thanks guys, I finally hooked it all up with the bms. I tried using a 1000W inverter with it but it would failover so draining it and charging it might take a while.
I will let you know how it goes

EDIT: I am trying to bottom balance them now.
