Detached Shed 14 panel question - panels to buy

Hi guys, looking for some advice, I have a smaller 12x24 detached shed in las vegas with a single pitch roof, that I want to install 14 panels on. I dont think bifacial gains me anything in vegas and on roof mount. I am looking for a panel that is at least 440 watts and will perform well in vegas. Cost is not a big deal, but would love them to be under 250 dollars each. I am going to be using a tigo optimizer on each panel. 2 rows of 7, going into a EG4 6000xp. If anyone has any advice on what to buy and from who, that would be amazing. Thanks again in advance.

Darn, I already ordered my panels. I think these are large format units for commerical use, but I really appreciate it. I need to keep that source in mind.
