What is the Voltage on the cell right now?
If the cell is higher than 2.75V then setting at 2.75V charging Voltage then nothing will happen.
You can start at 3.3V.

They were all dead ~.2V. That was my main reason for starting low.
Currently at 2.4V and 10.2A.

It looks like they are taking in the charge, 10A as shown, just keep an eye on them.

I was too after reading your success. I'll report back with updates and status of the 2nd battery when it arrives.
I can't complain, I knew I wasn't buying a working battery.
Build quality is really impressive, I must say, and the double box packaging was nice.

Everything seems OK so far. Calling it a night, they are sitting around 2.6V after disconnecting when current dropped ~1.5a.I'll hit them with ~3.3V tomorrow after work.
