I have 3 SOK 206ah batteries that are 2 years old but barely used. I would like to add one more battery and setup a 24 volt system running a 3000W inverter.

The 3 older SOKs have no BT or Heater. I can find an SOK 206ah with BT only - apparently you cannot series connect the new 206ah with Heater and BT...

Am I going to run into any issues adding the new battery to this stack?

So, I’m not totally clear. Are you changing the system from 12v to 24v??

I have no system now, just batteries. Building a new system for 24 volts and want to run a 3000wt inverter. Now I am wondering if the SOK 206ah in 2S2P will work due to amp limits. Trying to figure it out.

OK, so, the 3 batteries have been sitting for 2 years unused?

They were installed in an RV for 7 months. Only used a handful of times.
Then it wouldn't be good to put them in series with a new battery...it would be fine to go in parallel, but this much of an age difference in series is going to be nothing but trouble on the BMSs to keep things even across each battery.

Perhaps stick with a 12v 3000w inverter instead.

Tangential question: is it possible to disable Bluetooth on these batteries? I don't like unnecessary RF noise...
