Got some cables from a local store, fine strands cables are super duper hard to source here, so I was happy to just find a store
Went back home took a second look at the ends, looked not as I expected, got a few strands and grazed them with a knife
It's aluminum! it's coated with something that looks like copper or something

Went back to the sore told him this cable is fake, me want money back now, actually didn't phase him and gave me a refund and told me that they are 80/20 copper aluminum

Not my cup of copper
Dogged a bullet there didn't I (It was for the 250/100)

Here's some pics

OK and for standard replacement automotive use that wire is probably fine. Not for custom projects or modified vehicles.
Get down to West Marine or you local boat store for real AWG copper.

Not quite, I have an 8L truck, you need that sweet cracking power, maybe small vehicles yes, but then again, they would use a thinner wire
