Eco flow chat issues

Has anyone had any troubles with EcoFlow‘s chat? The chat person I texted could only quote me facts about the unit and didn’t really supply me any real good troubleshooting information. I asked this person about the EcoFlow Delta Pro and the only thing she could tell me was information from the owners manual.

Use the face space and ask on the Ecoflow delta group. I had a few problems and got all the answers, including a real person to message, on that group
