EG4 3000 EHV not recognizing solar panels

I have an EG4 3000 with an EG4 LiFePower battery. The inverter has stopped recognizing solar dc input, and only shows 120VAC from line power.
The panel terminals on the inverter shows 56Vdc and 26amps.
The inverter has been cycled with ac & battery turned off. After rebooting, the inverter still says 120VAS is the only input.
Any ideas?

What does a voltmeter show in the input to the inverter for voltage? If its no voltage at the inverter connection it would be time to track back the wiring to the panels to find the cause

It sounds like the MPPT may have been overamped since these inverters are only rated for 18a input to the MPPT. I would check your solar panel configuration and try to see if correcting this to 18a will fix the issue that you are seeing.

Thanks much

Do you have a photo of the screen?
How many panels do you have wired in series? What is the VOC of your panels?
Everything was working?
Did you check for voltage from the panels with a multimeter?

2 things.
Is 56vDC enough PV voltage for this AIO?
How are you measuring 26amps if you have no power coming from the panels?
