EG4-LL V2 does not fit in EG4 server rack 6-space (orange version) - handles touching busbars!!!

I just removed the handles. Seems the easy solution. Side question: do you utilize that grounding lug shown in the bottom image?

I've chained all groundings for all batteries together and connected the last one to the door. See picture.

That's what I would have done too, but SS said the grounds on the batteries were only necessary if the batteries were inside a wood crate or some other non-grounded container. Think I'll still do it your way. Can't hurt.

Additional point. I don't a ground wire running from the cabinet itself..

I think, it's ALWAYS a good idea to ground all metal enclosures and all enclosures/cases which has a dedicated grounding connector!
