EG4 Monitor Website Issue?

Anyone else having issues with the EG4 Monitor website? It seems to function except the monitor page doesn't show any data:

Looks like it was the EG4 website. My page as well as the demo page is showing data now.

I set up an account yesterday.
Using information from my :
1. new 6000xp.
2. new xp dongle
3. Customer code from email
4. Link provided in email to set up the account
I am repeatedly denied access with message:
“Account not exist”
I tried to register my account and get this message:
“ dongle serial number already exist”
Disappointed in the difficulty I’m having getting connectivity with this software!
Especially when following the printed instructions in section 9 of the manual.
