Question: how to wake up the BMS?
Living off-grid in mountains of Panama. Getting no help in Panama as solar relatively rare.
No response from sales or tech support at Sig solar for 10 days now.
My 6 month old 3000EHV all in one system with EG4- WP-48v battery shut down a 10 days ago. Error was b6....no battery. I think system not recognising battery. Voltage meter reads '0'. Assuming BMS shut down. Can't find another 48v Lithium battery in Panama to use to charge it.
I'm thinking my best option is to buy a charger unless I can buy an AC to DC converter for my 3600w generator if that would even work?
Will likely need to buy charger in USA but which one? Can anyone recommend a specific charger they have used that worked? Or another way to wake up the BMS.
All help greatly apreciated!!
