Hi all,
Please, share if you have similar experience and any possible resolutions.
The topic is related to days with fast moving clouds - rapidly changing condition from cloudy to sunny, which makes my system crazy.
This is a custom 24V system with Epever Tracer 5415an and 2000W inverter with voltage protection (over 30.5V the inverter is shutting down)
In this case, when the sun start shining again the voltage spikes - the controller do not reduce it fast enough.
I have oversized PV array but this is by purpose - I want to generate enough power during the cloudy days - 2.5kW PV against 1kW consumption.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.
