epever tracer5415an issues

Hello I am having issues with my EPever tracer5415an getting set up on my computer I went though the install proccess for the Charge Controller V1.95 Windows 7/10.zip I installed the USB driver and it did change in device manager CH343 like it said in the directions but gave me no option in the port setting for enabling RS485 like the directions said nor the the device ever show up as UART and failed to connect to the program. Has anyone else have this issue or a solution to solve this? Thank You!(pictures included to help also I was using an EPever cable and a windows 10 laptop)

Sorry I can't help, but I've heard Wil Prowse say he loves the Epever MPPT's but often doesn't recommend them because it's so difficult to get them to connect to a PC for programming. Hopefully someone can chime in soon.
