Questions about calculating cell to cell busbar size.

Eve 304ah 16s configuration w/200amp bms; plans are to compress so instead of using the solid busbars to connect the cells in series, the plans are to diy some cables to run diagonally from cell to cell. In this manner, there should be sufficient give to allow for swelling/contraction without placing undue stress on the cell's terminals. How do I calculate the size of cable needed?

200 amps I would be at #1 minimum.... probably 1/0. Even diagonal I would build the jumpers just a but long to have a slight curve in them.

Oh yeah, the jumpers will have a slight curve. Probably have silicone, think white butcher board, underneath the cells to protect their bottoms, and silicone sponge rubber between cells. Not going for heavy compression, so a few light die springs on each side for compression.
