I asked Growatt about the Export Power Limitation setting. Here is my question and their answer:
Question:
1. There is a setting called export limitation power ratio (under
system configuration). Now that my system has been approved by my
utility, I played with it and I see that changing the value does change
how much gets exported. But it is a percentage. The question is, a
percentage of what? There doesn't seem to be any association between
the setting, PV wattage, and export. For i stance there is no difference between 50 and 100%
2. What is "Default power % after power export limitation failure"?

Answer:
For export power limitation,we handled a lot in daily work.So the first limitation ratio is about to define the percentage of power that the inverter must not feed to the grid.e.g. 100% means that the inverter can feed 100% to the grid; 50% means that the inverter can feed 50% to the grid. If the percentage exceeds 50%, the anti-reverse current function is triggered. The meaning of the Default power after export limitation failure is that after the backflow prevention function fails, the inverter must not exceed the percentage of power fed to the grid, such as 50%, which means that the inverter can feed up to 50% of power to the grid.

They really didn't answer my question. Does anyone have a better answer to this?
