My golf cart has a Samsung 37.5v lithium battery with 10s 36v 200A Daly BMS.

Battery is not charging at all (charger is fine).

Getting fault codes: Sun volt high level 1 & Cell volt high level 1

App protection parameters ate:

Cell volt high pro 4.25v
Cell volt low 2.70v
Sun volt high pro 42.5v
Sun volt low pro 27.00
Diff volt pro 0.80v
Chg overcurrent pro 300.0A

Any tips would be appreciated

The the BMS says one cell and the entire pack have high voltages. You've posted the specs on these limits. But more importantly, what are the actual voltages? I'd assume the battery is overcharged.

The pack is just barely under those settings. Often there is a release or offset that would allow normal operation after hitting the high volt settings.

I'm not familiar with the BMS, is there a way to clear those faults?

Also the charge MOSFET is off, can you just click the button to turn it on?

But most importantly, the pack is already full!
4.2 volts is fully charged on a 3.7 volt nominal lithium cell.

Daly has a release voltage set point, it looks like it hasn't reached that yet.
Maybe just lower your charge voltage a little.

Appreciate the replies. I’m just confused about why the SOC keeps dropping then if the battery is ‘fully charged’

How are your loads wired? Has it ever reset to 100%

SOC moved based on current flowing through the BMS shunt, not voltage. SOC will reset to 100% based on settings and cell voltages, but after that it's all current based.

Does the battery capacity in the bms reflect what the battery capacity actually is?
Might be time to post pics of your settings.
