I need some advice. I have 5- 100 W solar panels, a schneider 35Amp controller and a Xantrex 2000 Watt inverter. It was a 12 Volt system with a bank of 6 Deep cycle marine batteries purchased through walmart. Best I could afford at the time. Batteries now defunct. How to salvage my system at least expense. Only seeking to produce enough electricity to power freezer. HELP!!

Where do you want to be?

If you want the advantages of Lifepo4 batteries you’ll need to buy a new charge controller.

The simplest option would be to just buy new batteries.
