Flashing new firmware on epever ssc?

I have two ssc but with different firmware (i think). I mailed this to epever support but i may just as well ask here also:


"I have solar charge controllers 4210 and 3210. The 4210 is newer revision i think with newer firmware. When my 4210 reached its max rated output current of 40 amps it limits at 40 very smooth but when my 3210 reached its limit of 30 amps it jumps between 20 and 30 amp alot.

Is it because of older firmware? Do you have any software to flash new firmware with help of rs485 link?"

Wild guess, but put a fan on it and see if it is more stable.
