Unfortunately no ... my problem isn't resolved. It APPEARED to be performing acceptably for a couple of days, although the status showed (for the first time!) "cell imbalance". Then it just went to "disabled". I'm getting no response from my installer. My sense is that they are almost as perplexed as I am.
