have 2 eg4 6000xp my goal is to run the whole house, but may need grid at times.
I know they are not "grid tie" so to speak but pass thru. in others words trying to use a hybrid but not feed back to grid.
I understand all the wiring to the main panel. my intent was to feed it at my disconnect that's between meter and panel 60 ft away
I need to bring grid power into 1 6000xp.
at first I assumed I would have all the grid power go thru the 6000s. nope
looks like 40 amp is it.
do I have to run a line from main to the XP?
and 2 back to main?

I’m seeing 50A transfer switch capacity at current connected. Does the manual talk about how to parallel stack while adding up the transfer switch capacity?

NGL parallel stacking to increase bypass capacity is not something I would consider easy design, I haven’t seen it explained well here and it interacts with multiple code clauses.

Yes you need two circuits to the inverter
