My SPF 6000T DVM generally works well but I've been having a problem where the setting for the constant voltage charge point resets itself to the default value of 56.4 volts. None of the other settings change, just the CV.

I don't have enough PV or battery capacity to go totally off grid so my usual procedure is to switch back to Utility bypass when I start losing the light. Some time in the evening I switch back to SOL in setting 1 and when the sun lights up the PV array in the morning, it switches back to solar/batteries.

I don't know if it's related but on some random days I'll see a huge and impossible spike of grid consumption in the middle of the day. A screen shot is attached.

So I called Signature Solar, they told me this is a firmware issue and I have to get the file direct from Growatt even though it's still under warranty. Of course Growatt says Signature Solar has to assist me.
