GROWATT not sending LOAD data

I have a SPF 6000T DVM Growatt with 48V LiFePO battery pack and Overkill BMS. The inverter and the BMS feed data to Solar Assistant via USB.

In Solar Assistant, the graphs and data show ZERO Load power. Is there, perhaps, a setting the Growatt or the BMS that might cause this? There is certainly a load drawing some power at all times.
