Growatt SPF 3500 ES not working with solar source only

I bought Growatt SPF 3500 ES and its not working when connected to solar power only ( without utility and batteries)
I searched the internet and it found that it can work with or without batteries, but mine is not working with solar only

I have 4 solar panels (jinko 545 watt) and the total PV voltage is 187 VDC on the Avo meter

It doesn’t power on with solar power only unless there is also batteries or utilities
Can you please help

i believe you need at least 2 power sources. PV and Grid or PV and Battery.
