Growatt SPF 5000 ES - 5108 Bus voltage high(Fault)

The inverter on one of my clients is giving error 08 after being connected to the grid for a while. I suspect 2 main problems:

- there's some kind of neutral bound on the inverter input such as a generator with a common neutral from somewhere close. (not likely)
- the charging current and voltage are a bit on the edge and thus going into "bus voltage high" after the charging voltage has reached the BMS max voltage causing the chgmos to stop accepting current. resulting in a spike caused by sudden cut of current flow, causing an overshoot in charging voltage, thus the error 08 problem.

Any luck in finding the solution to this 08 error? I am still facing it when battery charge reaches 100%.
(I managed to keep the frequency of it happening lower by reducing charge current to less than 40A)

If i set charge current to 50A the error is sure to come within a few minutes. (I have tested it with 3 inverters already and same issue)

Setup is 6 Panels+Inverter+Battery
