Help choose 24V 3000 watt pure sine inverter/charger

Hey everyone! I'm very new to solar and am super confused. I'm building a 24V system, so far comprised of 1260watts of glass, a 40amp MPPT, and no batteries yet. This is for an off grid tiny house. I'm starting to look at inverters, and I've decided I likely need 3000 watts. I also want to be able to charge up my batteries with a generator. So here are my questions:

1. Should I be looking for inverters that also charge? Or should I buy a cheaper inverter and 'add on' a separate charger.
2. My tiny house has a 50amp 4 prong plug on the outside that goes to the breaker panel. How do I connect the power from the inverter to this plug, to power the house.

You know, the 50A 4 prong plug provides for 12,000 Watts right?

you need to FIRST measure your energy consumption, before purchasing an inverter.

The 50amp is completely overkill for the needs of my house. I burn about 200ah per day. If it helps, here’s a picture of my breaker panel. Sorry, but i’m fairly illiterate with electricity, and all the different types of inverters are confusing me. 496F55A3-4B73-4D51-9499-44D1684FB2DC.jpeg
 
3000W is 25 amps, your panel has TEN 20A circuits... two of which are 240V... what large appliance is the bottom breaker connected to?

Okay, so then i definitely need a ‘split phase.’ As of now, i’m just starting out with 2 12v 100ah LiFeP04’s in parallel, a 40amp epever controller, and 1260watts of glass. Is there a 24V split phase you would recommend? I wouldn’t likely be pulling any more than 3,000 watts at any given time in my house.
 
Sigineer has a line of split phase 24V inverter chargers. Nice low frequency models.

A 240VAC Electric Stove/Oven will devour 2x 12V/100AH in no time at all. They are beastly power consumers then comes water heaters (some good some eekkk).

From your panel, it certainly does appear 240VAC Split Phase @ 60Hz, you will also want 240VAC input as that is what your Tiny is wired for. 3000 Watts actually seems small, especially with electric stove/oven... that I have to wonder about. With that kind of loading potential, it is more prudent to go 48V instead of 24V. Have you considered a propane cook stove ?

There are good Growatt & MPP Solar All-In-Ones that I believe could suit your purposes. Singineer as well as YiYen who are both decent OEM manufacturers in China as well. Depends on your budget and what you want for overall capability.

Batteries, there's the rub, you'll need to evaluate what exactly your usage will demand per day, what peaks will be (amps used) to determine a proper battery size to support you.

So lets say i ditch the oven, which is the only 240V appliance it seems.... I could then avoid buying a split phase inverter?
 
Crap, i thought i had read 2700watts. So that means i need a big ass inverter...
Not necessarily... 20A of 240V is 4800 watts, but ovens are variable devices... burners, and range combined max load 4800W, but unless ALL are running, not so much.
I would MEASURE the load during a single use. And decide what you can use.
