I have the following equipment (simplified)

All equipment is EG4
8 v1 48v LL V1 Batteries that seem to be addressed properly
4 Lifepower 48V 5k Batteries that may or may not be addressed properly.
2 6000EX Inverters (soon to be 3)
Solar Assistant running on a 3lts

I want to use Solar Assistant to monitor the all batteries, and control when the system charges.

So, how do I set this up for maximum information and control.

If anyone reads this, it will be an in the weeds discussion, fair warning.

things I'm struggling with...
These batteries do not all use the same protocols. Can they even be on the same communications bus and still operate properly?
If they have to be on separate coms, I understand Solar Assistant can only monitor one battery bank. Or can it monitor 2 if they are on different protocols?

I have never been able to get my 8 LL battery bank to communicate with solar assistant, so I may be looking at this wrong.

And, does a run light blinking twice a second on the LL v1's mean anything? the batteries say they are full, on the soc lights. solar assistant says the system is at 96% and the lifepower4 batteries are all blinking 4th light still charging. 900 watts still going into the batteries.

The manuals that come with this equipment are a bit lacking. I know I chose it, so it's on me, but expected documentation at the very least.
