Help, system in error, not working

I have one of the all-in-one models MPP 24v 2.4kW PIP Model .
The unit stopped working with an 07 error code. However, it has one long continuous beep which doesn't match the manual for beep sounds.
I have unplugged everything from and to it . The error will not clear.
According to the manual, 07 means system overload. But the continual beep is supposed to mean the fan is bad.

Anyone have any advice on this?
