Hybrid backup system to support medical equipment

Looks good, but I hope you have backup to the backup. That is, if the Victron inverter fails, can you still power the sub panels from grid/generator?
I don't know about that unit, but my SMA battery inverter won't close relay to pass grid through unless it is functioning.
So, I have an interlocked breaker in the sub panel. Just flip the other breaker and my house is powered straight from grid.
