Ideas on How to Remove 25ah Lifepo4 Cell Terminal?

I need to remove a Cell Terminal identical to this. Anyone know if they use 2 rivets or if they are screws/bolts with the heads removed or how they are physically attached?
Any creative ideas on how to remove them?
I had no idea where to post this but I thought this might be the best place.

Dremel or angle grinder. That looks like it was peened. Likely, the entire black section is an assembly and would be easier to remove.

Thanks, I suppose I should have asked how one would go about replacing the terminal as well. I'm wondering how they are mechanically attached, removed and replaced.
