Installed renogy solar; waterproof 60amp fuse issue? Batteries not charging

This is a bit much to unravel and correct via a internet forum. I'm sorry to OP but this is a nightmare installation but someone who does not what they are doing.

@JahneTheron is there a breaker on the positive wire coming from the starter battery?
If yes, please post a picture of it so that we can see how far from the starter battery.

Also can you confirm that there is no negative wire from starter battery to house system?

Hey John, the only negative goes from the NEG busbar to the Van body ill try to post a pic; that cable only a couple of inches & bolted into the van steel frame. Then for the positive wire from the top right of Solar Charger heading to Van starter battery (with a cheap fuse in between), it connects right on the top of the positive of Van starter battery positive terminal. I added a pic in here, if you need can post it again?

What awg is the wire from the starter battery to the dc2dc charger?
Also, aproximately how long is it?
