Inverter's fan running

The fan of my 3000w standalone inverter will not blow when 115w freezer is working but the moment one of the following : phone charger, tv or stand fan is turned on along with the working freezer, the inverter fan MUST run. Why pls?

Thanks but wat temperature will a 10w phone charging push to the inverter that will make the fan run whereas only 115w freezer load will not.

If temperature is the parameter. They won't come on emidiatly. Only when the board temperature is reached.
If load is the parameter, they will when the load amount is reached.
Either way, if they are running they are probably functioning properly. (According to the programming)
