I am trying to figure out what the coefficient of performance might be on these things, was looking into peltier devices and saw it's kind of hard to get COP to 1 even so hoping this solid state tech might be a bit better

From the paper abstract:

Our experimental results show a coefficient of performance of 30% relative to Carnot and a temperature lift as high as 25°C using a voltage strength of ~0.22 volts.

I see, that jogs my pchem memory a little bit lol so the COP it's probably between 2-3, not too shabby
