Is my growatt failing or is it me??

There is no amps (0-2a) coming to the battery and hardly any watts (20-45w out of 800w) it's mostly sunny out. But the pv input ranges from 40 to 67v.
ANY advice is appreciated

These are my settings:
1. SOL 2. 60a 3. APL 4. SEN 5. AGM

6. LTD 7. Restart disable 8. 120v. 9. 60hz

10. 2 11. 30a. 12. 23v 13. 27v 14. 0S0. 19. 28.2v 20. 27v 21. 27v 43. Battery equalization is disabled.

My batteries are 2 200a 12v renogy in series.
My panels are solar ever
Pmax 410w
Voc 37.12
Vmp 31.35
Isc 13.96
Imp 13.08
