Is there a simple way to tickle charge (maintain) my vehicle battery from my solar set up?

I’m just planning a system and looking for a solution to lead acid battery ‘maintenance’ during periods of storage or not driving.

I’ll have starter battery power access on my power board via a renogy 50A dc to dc charger

Only need enough charge to keep it topped up and prevent it going flat and damaged while it’s doing nothing.

Take a look at the Orion product line from Victron. Some of them are programmable. Some are smart enough to see an "engine on" difference in the circuit. I'm still learning about them, but don't know enough.

Battery Tender makes a solar powered battery tender for use with your panels.

Also, tenders that include the panels:

Not sure if they are available in NZ though.
