Is there an Inverter/Converter combination unit?

Is there such a thing as an inverter that can be used for solar (12v to 120v) and also as a converter to use a 12v 15a device on 120v house current?

Something like the power centers used in RV's and campers that do the inversion to 120v AND pass out the 12v stuff?

I don't know if one exists. But if it does, it would probably be in the RV market.
I'm not sure if there's much need for it.
If you have a 12v inverter, you have a 12v battery. The battery provides the power to the 12v loads.

Why invert from 12v to 120v, just to go back to 12v? Seems like a waste of efficiency.

There are all-in-one units that are an inverter, charger and solar charge controller. That satisfies your request except for the 12v, which doesn't make sense since you already have 12v from the battery bank. Unless your battery bank is some other voltage like 24v or 48v.
