Is this professional installation acceptable

Not arguing that the installation could be better. Based off reviews seems like it could be a company to consider


This website the company needs to be in business for 5 years prior to getting reviews, so reviews make it a good sign.

Yelp has overall good things to say, although nearly all comments are for Tesla charger install not solar

You could leave review at each place and update once it’s resolved or not update once it’s not resolved.
 
Ouch, I wouldn’t accept that, and I hate fire codes.

Report back what the company is willing to do for you.

Anything they do now is all profit loss, be prepared for them to dig in.
 
If you have access to your attic, I would recommend you look at the roof decking if exposed and see if you see lag bolts poking thru. I have a feeling that the installers just screwed to the decking and didn't make sure they were hitting the rafters, which would be another code violation.

Take some pictures as well, we can probably point out other issues as well if they ran the PV or AC lines in the attic not following NEC code requirements.
