i had a quick look inside there is a small circuit board that connects +/- side of the battery to +/- side of the pv input anyone know what that is for and if poss a ciurcuit dia as a component on the poss side has burnt out , the rest of the main board had just blown the 150amp fuse so far i have powered it up via 24v , that part is fine and it switchs to powering the plugs ok , i have not yet connected the 240v input and wont power the unit up completly untill some one can tell me what that small circuit board is for , so any help please and a thank you in advance

Not sure if I am completely understanding your post. You say you had the 150a fuse blow on the Battery input? That would indicate that you wired it with the wrong polarity. If this is the case, and adjacent circuitry is fried, your unit is most likely toast. You can contact Eco-worthy and see if they have any repair service but I would doubt they do or that they would provide a replacement control board.

Perhaps an image of what damage you have might help.

100% correct , so the only part of the unit that is duff is a guess on my part the battery charging module as pictures , one end of the board is pv in the other is conected to the battery ,
