Thanks. Not sure what you mean by charge the pack to "wake" the BMS up. I was trying to top balance but I only have a 10amp charger so was going to bring the voltage up by connecting to the system and then when they were closer to 3.6 disconnect and top balance all the cells.

When I was adding a 3rd pack I had to charge the battery to get the BMS to allow discharge...

No idea what happened. Went to bed last night, still not working. Woke up this morning it is working. Happy days!
