JBD-AP21S002 Bluetooth Cell Count Config.

Hey everyone, new here, and new to the battery world.

I bought a LIFEPO4 36v 500Ah battery from Alibaba, with a JBD-AP21S002 BMS, for my Yale forklift. I swapped out the lead acid battery with the new one. I was having an issue with the battery cutting off seconds after raising the mast or moving forward/backward. I contacted the seller, they told me to get the app and change some of the secondary current options.

After changing the setting as told, the batter pack now thinks it is a 20-cell pack. But it needs to be a 12-cell pack. And no matter how many times I change the pram, it is always reverted right back to 20.

I have tried several different mobile devices and many different versions of apps. NO JOY!

Does anyone have an idea on who to make it 12-cell? Yes, I am in contact with the seller, I am looking for supplemental help with this. I hate asking a question then getting a response 24 hr later from China.

Just for clarification, here is a screenshot from the day I installed the battery. 12-cells

So I just tested the pinout on the connectors. Found out one of the wires is missing voltage. The larger connector tested out fine for the proper voltages at the specific pins.

So the question is..... should I tie this pin to the pin to the left. As the instructions say. Will the non-connected end of the wire cause problems?

You should have no unconnected wires. You posted the correct diagram; do what it says.
