Jk bms app reading different from cells reading

My jk bms is reading 54.36v on my phone but testing each of the wire, everything read correctly, the last reading on the cable was 51.26v as I was testing each wire.
I tested the individual cells using multimeter and I got 3.202v
What could make the bms on my phone to read 54.36v instead of 51.26v?

I went further to check reading of individual cells with multimeter and 10 cells were reading 3.203v each. 4 cells were reading 3.202v each while 2 cells were reading 3.201v each. Total 51.24v.
I just installed Victron BMV 712 and I've not set it yet and the reading was 51.21v.
I switched on the hybrid inverter and the reading was 51.1v and this time, the BMV read 51.14v.
Meanwhile, the bms on my phone is reading 54.35v
