Yeah, a battery charger, like this one. It has a 'boost' functionality.
But I feel like I might be misunderstanding the question.

You could just do a midpoint tap of 4 cells?

Or just get an automotive battery and trickle charge it.

Otherwise no, there is nothing that will get you from 150 amps at 24 volts to 300 amps at 12 volts that's readily available and affordable.

Bummer.

Order the charger and try to gas it up. The little BMS in there probably shut down. Batteries might still be good and just need to charge.

If I can find this 12v cable for cigarette lighter I can charge the jump starter from my 12v side of the system.
Guess what? I found the USB C wire that they use to charge this thing with. Sorry for the bother. I just plugged it into a laptop and it should be okay. Thanks!
