I have 8 LEV60F cells in a 24-volt 8S configuration and an Overkill BMS. Can anyone suggest the general settings? (See attached file). Thanks

  • Brand: Lithium Energy Japan
  • Form: Prismatic
  • Type: LEV60F
  • Voltage (nominal): 3.2v
  • Voltage range: 2v-3.5v
  • Typical capacity: 74Ah
  • Power (max current): 1,780W (600A) at 25° C, SOC 50%, 10sec
  • Resistance: 0.7milliOhms at at 25° C, SOC 50%, 10sec
  • Max charge/discharge current: 180A continuous (at 25° C)

Typical LiFePO4 settings should do fine (see the Overkill document): 2.8V end of discharge, 3.5V per cell end of charge etc. These are common regardless of capacity of your cells. Total capacity of your pack is 74Ah at 24V nominal. Any settings on max charge/discharge current are limited by the BMS (100A).
