If I add a 2nd battery in parallel, can I use a non-bluetooth, and rely on the SOC data from the single BT battery to report for the bank of two? I have not seen a review or tear down of this new battery, but rolled the dice (based on reviews of other LI Time models) and ordered one at 2024 introductory price.

Two batteries, in parallel, will tend to equalize in voltage but NOT state of charge. This is especially true with the inherently flat charge/discharge profile of LFP batteries.
