I recently purchased a 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery, 30A Charge Controller and 14.6V 20A Battery Charger from Li Time Company. The battery arrived in good condition (not physically damaged) The Quick Start Guide indicates the battery should have a 30%-50% capacity when shipped. I checked the voltage and it was at 0.5V DC. I hooked up the charger overnight and it basically did nothing - it's still at 0.5V DC. Here's a video illustrating the situation.

I've contacted Li Time 3 TIMES via email and have received NO reply. I tried "waking the BMS up" by attaching a 9v-12v power supply to the charger leads and the charger LED turns from green to red (charging) and then instantly back to green. This is my very FIRST solar system and I'm quickly getting discouraged. I'm hoping that someone here can possibly help. Thanks in advance.
