Licitti, purchased, no receipt or response

Greetings, I'm wondering if it's normal with Licitti to purchase their products and not receive any receipt or response from customer service. June 16th I purchased their 2000w solar generator and 280ah cells using PayPal. I have the PayPal receipt. Then I realized that I needed a charger and purchased their 30Amp charger. On the 21st I emailed "jack " who was listed on the bottom of the receipt. Figure I need to wait a few business days for a response. Is this normal behavior for Licitti? Or should I try to get my money back from PayPal or visa?

I just received a ups tracking number from PayPal. So it took 10 days to ship my order. I have been spoiled by Amazon. Sometimes you just have to wait till the ship has come in.

I think those may ship out of China/Hong Kong so a delay is normal.

I just went through a similar experience. Had to poke the customer service after a week and a half had gone by to get a tracking number. Though I doubt their CS person is actually named "Jack", an email to the address on "Contact Us" tab on their website did get me a tracking number (and the 1000W box I had ordered). Shipped via Amazon.
