Santan Solar has a location in Savannah, GA. Here is one of their used GA location panels. The will ship via truck freight and you can pick up at nearest freight terminal.
Go to global sources and buy a panel I recommend it because this site's service is the best and you get the panels at very reasonable prices because this site has a lot of whole sale suppliers.
Riwall-following b/c I am also in NC looking for bifacials. I wonder if folks ever go in on a pallet together? I will need about five panels in Spring 23. Having issues sourcing.
